Beginning Tongue Mapping

Tongue mapping is a wonderfully useful tool in my practice, and clients often find it fascinating that the appearance of the tongue can say so much about the state of the body and mind. In this class, I'll share some of the behind-the-scene secrets of tongue mapping - the anatomy of the body as seen through the tongue, the tissue state signs (hot/cold, tense/relaxed, and wet/dry), and some of the nuances I have learned, such as how to tell the difference between a current problem and an old one. This class is not for the purposes of teaching students how to do tongue assessment for clinical purposes, but rather to help students understand their own bodies more fully.
